WebRDP hangs at securing remote connection but not with the admin switch I have an issue that when I was googling suggested that when RDP hangs at "Securing Remote Connection" that it was trying to verify root certificates and potentially the firewall was dropping packets instead of blocking them causing a tcp time out. WebI go to the RDWeb page, download the RDP client, run it, enter my username and password, it gets to securing connection, prompts me to allow the certificate and then continues trying to connect.
